Official music video for Paying My Way off the band's latest album 11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory
Following on from their 2017 release of their sensational 9th studio album 11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory, the Dropkick Murphy’s are about to kick off their much-anticipated St. Patricks Day Tour. The tour will span across the country starting from February 24th and conclude on March 18th.
The Celtic Punk Icons have been touring with their infectiously upbeat sound since 1996, since then they’ve become infamous for their Punk/Oi sound. With their feverously passionate lyrics, and raucously tight riffs, crowds can expect to be treated to a myriad of their greatest hits such as; Never Forget, I’m Shipping Up to Boston, Rose Tattoo & The Boys are Back alongside new material from their latest album.
If you haven’t already grabbed your tickets, I wouldn’t hang around too long, it’s guaranteed to be a sell-out tour, with the bands lifelong friends Bim Skala Bim joining them for the ride in Texas. There is no better band to introduce the Dropkick Murphys than fellow Boston band Bim Skala Bim who are no strangers to sell out tours of their own with their infamous Ska Punk sound which is heavily influenced by British 2-tone.
For Texan fans, the tour will be heading your way on March 3rd, 2018 at the Revention Music Center, Houston Texas. Doors are at 6:30, so make sure to get down early and check out the support.
Tickets are available for purchase from the Revention Music Centre’s official website:
